    TERMS OF SALE

    • BOOKING

      When booking an apartment, a reservation agreement is signed with the Buyer who will make an advance payment of €2000 to confirm the purchase.

    • CONTRACT UNDER THE LAW OF OBLIGATIONS

      A notarial contract of sale is entered into with the Buyer, where all the details of the transaction are agreed upon and the Buyer will pay 15% of the purchase price of the property.

    • REAL RIGHT CONTRACT

      When the apartment building is ready for transfer, a notarised real-estate contract is entered into, the Buyer pays the rest of the purchase price and the ownership of the apartment is transferred.

    • THE PRICE OF THE APARTMENT DOES NOT INCLUDE

      A parking space, storage unit, notarial fees and state fee for the conclusion of a sales contract (paid by the Buyer), data communications, cable television, telephone and security system accession fees.
